Where we meet you at JFK
For arrivals, the driver tracks your flight and waits for you rather than working off your scheduled landing time. Once you have your bags, we meet you at the terminal pickup area and you go straight to the car. If you prefer a meet and greet inside the terminal, ask when you book and we will arrange it.
JFK has eight terminals spread around a loop, and the pickup point differs at each one. We confirm your terminal against your airline before the trip, which avoids the common problem of a driver circling the wrong building while you wait at the curb.
Delays, customs, and wait time
Flights run late and customs lines are unpredictable, especially on international arrivals into Terminal 4. Because we track the flight rather than the clock, a delayed landing does not mean a missed pickup or a car that left without you.
For departures, we plan backwards from your boarding time rather than from the drive time. The Van Wyck is the main approach and it can add thirty minutes or more in the afternoon, so the departure time we suggest may be earlier than a map app would tell you.
Luggage, groups, and vehicle choice
A standard sedan handles two passengers with normal luggage comfortably. Beyond that, an SUV is the better call, and it is worth choosing at booking rather than discovering the problem at the curb with a full cart.
Black Car is available for business travel, and WAV Accessible for passengers who need a ramp-equipped vehicle, both through the same booking flow. If you are travelling with a car seat or oversized items, tell us in advance so the right vehicle is assigned.
