Coverage across the Bronx
The Bronx is spread out in a way the other boroughs are not, and service quality tends to drop off the further north and east you go. We cover the whole borough deliberately, including Co-op City, Throggs Neck, Pelham Bay, and Riverdale, not just the neighborhoods closest to Manhattan.
That matters most for passengers in the areas where subway coverage thins out. If getting to the nearest station is itself a trip, a car that comes to your door is not a luxury, it is the practical option.
Medical trips and standing appointments
The Bronx is home to a dense cluster of hospitals and clinics, and a large part of our work here is getting passengers to them on time. We run non-emergency medical transportation to Montefiore, Jacobi, and the smaller clinics along Pelham Parkway and Morris Park, with wheelchair-accessible vehicles available on the same booking.
For treatments that repeat, such as dialysis or a course of physical therapy, we set up the trips as a recurring schedule so you are not rebooking the same ride every week. Where the schedule allows, we keep the same driver, which most passengers prefer.
Getting to the airports
LaGuardia is the closest airport to most of the Bronx and the run over the Whitestone or the Triborough is short outside of peak hours. JFK is a longer trip and worth booking in advance, particularly from the northern parts of the borough.
Newark is the most variable of the three because it depends on the George Washington Bridge. A reserved car with a departure time set against your flight rather than against the clock is the difference between arriving early and arriving anxious.
For passengers in Riverdale and the northwest of the borough, Newark is closer than it looks on a map and often the better choice. From Co-op City and the eastern neighborhoods, LaGuardia almost always wins on time even when the fare is similar.
